By creating an account or placing an order on SNSNOVA ("the Platform"), you automatically agree to all terms and conditions listed below, whether you read them or not.
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service without prior notice. You are expected to read all terms before placing every order or interacting with the Platform to ensure you are up to date with any changes.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services.
Strict One-Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only ONE active account. Creating multiple accounts via automated tools, virtual numbers, bought Telegram accounts, or proxies to abuse promotions, bypass bans, or manipulate reward policies is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.
Account Inactivity: SNSNOVA reserves the right to terminate or archive accounts without notice if a user has no orders, tasks, or deposits for more than 6 months after registration. (Accounts with an active balance will NOT be terminated.)
Prohibited Conduct & Staff Protection: Malicious actions, software manipulation, botting/scraping, exploiting security flaws without reporting them, or abusing/insulting SNSNOVA support staff will result in immediate account termination with zero refunds or balance restorations.

SNSNOVA services shall strictly be used to promote your Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), TikTok, Telegram, or other social media accounts to enhance your online presence.
Nature of Engagement: Followers, likes, views, and interactions provided are artificial engagement and not authentic user interactions, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the service description.
Delivery & Timeframes: We do NOT guarantee exact delivery times for any service. Any timeframes provided are best estimations only. Orders currently processing will not be canceled or refunded due to delivery speed.
Order Requirements & Errors: Users are strictly responsible for ensuring submitted URLs are public, valid, and supported (e.g., video links vs. photo slideshows). Orders placed for private accounts, deleted posts, invalid links, or orders made while using multiple servers simultaneously for the same link will NOT qualify for a refund.
Refill Guarantee: Services without an explicit refill guarantee are non-refillable, even if a drop occurs. Please select services with refill options if required.
Platform Updates: SNSNOVA is not responsible for any account suspension, content removal, or drop in followers/likes caused by third-party social media algorithm updates or server overloads.

Truthful Completion: Users participating in task publishing, task execution, or reward programs must complete tasks truthfully without using fraudulent methods.
Automated Tools Prohibited: The use of automated scripts, bots, clickers, or emulators to complete task requirements is strictly banned.
Fraudulent Evidence: Submitting false information, forged screenshots, or temporary task completion (e.g., following an account and immediately unfollowing after reward credit) is strictly prohibited.
Reward Clawback & Review: SNSNOVA reserves the right to review all completed tasks. If a task is found to be improperly completed or revoked later by the user, SNSNOVA reserves the right to deduct previously credited rewards, freeze pending payouts, or forfeit account balances.

No Refunds to Payment Method: All deposits made through available payment gateways, credit cards, or cryptocurrencies are final and credited directly to your internal SNSNOVA account balance. Once a deposit is completed, there is no way to reverse, withdraw, or refund it back to your original payment method (card, bank account, or crypto wallet) under any circumstances. Balance must be used exclusively for SNSNOVA services.
Dispute & Chargeback Policy: You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. If you file a dispute or chargeback, SNSNOVA reserves the right to terminate future orders, permanently ban your account, forfeit all accumulated balances, and revoke all delivered services/followers.
System Refunds: Non-deliverable or partial orders will automatically receive refund credits to your internal SNSNOVA balance.
Cryptocurrency & Errors: Crypto payments are subject to blockchain network fees (Gas fees). Users are responsible for sending the exact amount required using the correct network. SNSNOVA is not liable for lost funds due to incorrect wallet addresses or user input errors.
Fraudulent Payments: Fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorized credit cards or stolen payment accounts, will lead to immediate account termination and legal action.

SNSNOVA supports resellers and API integrations. Resellers are solely responsible for the service commitments, pricing, and terms they make to their own end-clients. SNSNOVA holds no liability or obligation regarding end-client disputes arising from reseller operations.

All platform content, including text, logos, software, and brand assets, is the exclusive intellectual property of SNSNOVA. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
SNSNOVA is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for business interruptions, third-party network failures, or indirect damages resulting from platform usage.

SNSNOVA takes your privacy seriously and implements appropriate measures to protect your personal information.
Any personal data collected (including name, email address, IP address, Telegram account authorization, and transaction history) is strictly used to process orders, manage accounts, and provide support.
We will never sell, rent, trade, or redistribute your personal information to third parties, except as required by law.
